Doc i am aware that before you make important conclusions you make considerations carefully, so on your own you haven't backed DDG on any occasions, even though i haven't NOTICED any strong dissatisfaction. But your evenly splitting of a thing on DDG i doubt or may be their voice were more vociferous.
It was clear to the unbaised that DDGs position needed serious review, but whenever one mentions it it is followed by echoes of voices reminding us of how he saved us for "free" even though his salary is extortionate.

See the fundamental problem with Man Utd is that glazers have succeeded in reducing the fans and every one in the club to accepting gross mediocrity, examplified by continuous indulgence of a mediocre like Ole, what is the result? Hero worshipping unproven players that lacks professionalism or hyping bang average and inconsistent players on the back of 1 or 2 decent performance, or in the case of DDG reminiscing on past glories. I go online and see fans celebrating the signing of Varane and Sancho as if its a trophy even when they have not kicked a ball. Very pathetic.

I can drop multiple posts from me and others asking that we move on from DDG. Most times when I state my position I don’t keep on repeating it just because.

DDG lost form 3 yrs ago and the club decided to pay him record wages when he was off form. THAT was where the initial mistake was made.

His manager froze on the day of the final and not replacing DDG before the shootout was only one out of several mistakes he made that day.

You are missing the point.

Last season DDG should have been benched totally for Henderson and not any role sharing arrangement.

And even if there was role sharing the manager should have had the good sense to take DDG out before the penalty kicks.

To answer your question I would be comfortable with Henderson starting all games and DDG rotating the bench with Heaton.
If they had done this all through last season he would have found himself a club by now and we would have found out how good Henderson is also.

They should stop sharing duties and bench him completely. It seems there is nobody with any backbone in the coaching staff or the board. They keep kicking the can down the road rather than take decisive action.
