The formula used in cooking remains same....u just work out ingredients/spices in proportion to quantity. Its not rocket science.

It's not like they are the gas and cooker doing the steaming.

In a gathering of 22 people...having 5 to 6 people on rotational basis to handle meal preparation isn't too far-fetched.

Infact it evidences that the people are adults not children that need to be catered for.

And we have thousands of people here supporting irresponsible behaviour just cos they like one housemate.
