To be very honest, I watched that clip and I think MAYBE Pere was trying to bend down to talk to WM but adjusted his belt because it felt tight. You know sometimes if you want to buckle your shoe lace, your waist needs to be free inorder to be comfortable.
But with the way he asked the question, it felt like pere wanted to beat WM with the belt
