Please learn to reason. You can check my past posts. I was one of the biggest critics of Tinubu during Obaseki's election. I am an Edo man and totally resented Tinubu trying to impose a candidate on us. I can never vote for Tinubu for President, seeing what he's done in Lagos. Having said that, he has EVERY right to contest as does ANY other southern muslim. it's for the people to accept or reject him. I can never support any move that significantly reduces the pool of available candidates. Left to me in 2023 it should be a completely open race, north, south all should throw their hat in, but the reality of Nigeria is that it will be a southerner. Let all southerners that want to contest be allowed to, and may the best man/woman win. That will ultimately be best for Nigeria.

He is at a big disadvantage, Nigeria is tilted towards north Islam and south christianity

Did I not say the 'people' will decide? If his party select him, than well and good. I personally will never vote for him, that may not make a difference in the larger scheme of things, but at least my mind will be at rest, just as i never voted Buhari.

Yeah they truly won't see him as a muslim especially with a christian wife. To them,a true muslim can't marry a christian. I sincerely wish they can present osibanjo to us. He looks like the best bet right now.

The thing dey tire me o. Watch the same people that elect Tinubu start complaining two years into his presidency. There were dozens of third party candidates in the last presidential election and most people still made a choice between Atiku or Buhari . People's loyalty to the APC and PDP has no bounds, the same people who have made Nigeria the way it is today.
