I totally agree with you about the errors. My application was refused saying that I had a higher degree than proposed study . I actually have a Bsc and going for post graduate certificate. Even my LOA that was confirmed from school has all the information. See my pre assesment note here and then the refusal was a shocker. These people do make errors really but it will always end in Praise for us fairlytreated:

viviangogos:In my opinion this denial look harsh! They are human and make so much error sometimes. Have you requested another note to see the senior VO's concern? You will surely get it. The delay is just unacceptable. |

WiZiggy:Hi Your Study Plan should either go in line with what you studied in the University, grade you graduated with or your work experience (related to your degree or not). Your Response to the following questions would determine if you will be able to go for a Masters in biochemistry or Post GRAD. Certificate (PG.Cert) program in a Biochemistry related program or a Program related to your Work Experience - What did you study in the University? - What did you graduate with, 2.1 or 2.2 and what's your CGPA? - Is your Last two years CGPA in the university very good/good? That is, your CGPA in your 400L & 500L? - What year did you graduate ? (to address study gap) - Do you have a job? If yes, What is the name of your Job, and what are your Job duties? (to know if your Job is related to your Degree or not?) - How many years work experience do you have? |

elenewton1:Sorry about your delay, someone in IRCC office didn't do their homework renmoney right, hence the discrepancies in information. Kindly request your notes, and reapply asap reach out to your school if you have to, address any concerns not in the denial message, that is showing on your notes, I look forward to your testimony soon. If it is convenient for you to get started online do, while you are hopeful on your reapplication. I believe lots of improvement will be done on your LOE and reapplication. It will end in praise |

Hello Achi911 Sorry for the refusal. As we all know, the 1st step after a refusal is to order for your GCMS notes after which we can know how to tackle the concerns of the VO that led to your refusal... You can look through my previous posts, I put down the guideline on how to apply for your GCMS notes, but you will need someone to be in Canada.. There are 3rd party sites too for GCMS note but they are expensive than the recommended GCMS website from IRCC... Should in case you don't have anybody in Canada, you can contact me.. Once your GCMS note is ready, we will take it up from there.. Its not over until you Win.. PEACE Achi911: |

What type of account is the personal bank statement you submitted, is it a fixed deposit? I feel they refused unjustly if it's a normal account and you have more than 10k cad in it plus they are even funding your monthly expenses... Sorry about it. I had this type of refusal and nothing was in my GCMS Notes other than the reasons for refusal. elenewton1: |
