Hello Guys,

I need to clarify something urgently. I was rejected on the status below;
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

First timer and I've learnt my lesson. I paid 50% 1 year program fee and had 10m in my account but I think my mistake was Printing my statement immediately I attained 10m and not there for 4 months straight. Anyway, I've requested for GSMC note.

My concern now is, I have working tools I bought with money and leased out to some vendor. I have the receipt and Signed Rental Agreement which I want to bring up with my new application.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO BRING IT UP ? Just my receipt and the Rental Agreement or I need anything legal to attach ?

The equipment was bought in my name...
Kindly advice...
There's no such rule that states funds must be in your account for a certain period of time. That's entirely different from a lump sum.
You seem to be somewhat established. I think you failed to capitalise on that. Wait for your GCMS sha.
Whatever the case regarding tool. You still need to show substantial amount. 13k cad and the remaining balance of your tuition fee. Include receipt, rental agreement, picture, and in your sop, make reference to the date you paid for the tool.
Avoid lump sum deposit.

Good day all. Congratulations to all those who just received their PPR. I have two questions for the house;

i) I made the mistake of not submitting an upfront medical while submitting my application. I have been waiting but I haven't been told to go do my medical and I am a Fall applicant. Please I want to know if I should go ahead and do the medicals and upload via Web forms or I should wait for them to instruct me.

ii) I also want to know if I should inform IRCC immediately if I decide to defer my admission to the winter semester.

Thank you so much.

Thanks for your response.
I also admit I never mentioned Fund in my SOP or explain the expense at all. I felt my statement of Account with 50% fee paid would cover all, but I was so wrong. I realized later.

Addressing them already even before GSMC note but I sure know that’s where the problem is.
I’ve gathered the receipts of tools, Rental Agreement, Pictures of the tools (12m worth).

I am planning on paying the full Tuition fee and having up to 8m naira in my account. WILL THAT BE ENOUGH ?

Also, I don’t have lump sum. I’m a project manager for my present company. So I have lot of daily inflows and outflows.

All Noted.
Thank you Very much.

Hi Benquip,

Is IRCC aware you completed two semesters already? How many years is the program? You should keep them posted about your plans.

Yes I did inform them in the new application when I was refused for the first application. I have sent my first semester results via webform and still no response

My program is 2 years. I just completed the 50% of the program last week

Do your medicals.

Don't send your new L0A unless there's a request till ppr. But what works for A might not work for B.

The fund is very sufficient. You were clearly refused because you didn't package yourself well.

Hello cmoloks

1. There is no harm in going to do an upfront medical, I dnt knw how long you have applied and expecting a medical request, but if your application is passed the processing time or almost, I will advise you go for an Upfront Medical.. And when you are done with your medicals make sure you submit the slip that will be given you in the clinic to IRCC that same day..

2. Its not necessary you inform them that you wanna defer, go ahead and defer and once you get your new LOA, then you can upload the new LOA via the Webform.. If your application is on the route of approval, IRCC will ask for a new LOA, and until that is submitted, your application will be put on hold...

PEACE

Hello thinkinghead

At this point you have every reason to send a mail to the MP of the province your school is located, so they can communicate with IRCC on your behalf.. Find below the link for the Template I posted days back of a letter to an MP ..

https://www.nairaland.com/6567181/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/609#104832333

Please avoid Plagiarism when using the template..

Make sure you send to many MPs in your province and be polite in your message..

Hi @shupy,
I was told by a friend that my sponsor can only prove the existence of his business by using a letterheaded paper to write a sponsorship letter. As per his words, this letterheaded paper should have his company's details (including his company's RC no.), which d VO will use to verify d ownership and existence of his business.
How true is this?
He also said that my sponsor doesn't need to provide his CAC documents, just d letterhead of his sponsorship letter is enough to address d existence of his business only if it has his company's RC no.
Tnx coz I know say u go reply.

1. You're taking a big risk claiming to work in father's company. Especially a company, that's not even active.
2. Like I said earlier, your sponsor's level of establishment goes a long way in application decision. Your arrangement can work in some circumstance but yours is a very dicey one.
3. See ehn, I also claimed to be the manager of my sister's bakery but I submitted the bakery's account and I made part payment of my tuition fee from the account. You are just making claims without any provision for proofs. You'll need a miracle to get approval. Miracles do happen tho, I just wouldn't rely on it.
okay thank you for your imput. Appreciate

Since its your dad, why not do a gift deed fo only the living expense. The tuition for at least a year can be in his account
alright thank you

bollybeejay:

First if you're using your dad as your sponsor, he doesn't need to do a gift deed for sending money into your account because he is your sponsor, it should just be stated in the sponsor letter that he has paid the said amount into your account towards your study in CA, secondly since he is your sponsor you are to submit his statement of account as well as yours.
ok i was thinking once he transfers the money to my acct i wont need to present his statement again. Thanks for the clarification

There are really no cheap schools in Canada.
Tuition fee of most colleges starts from $15,000 CAD upward.

You can check the school below, they seem to have cheap tuition, but the school is very competitive and admission seats are quickly exhausted.
