It's best practice. You can never tell if or when your SOA will be verified. I confirmed that my SOA was verified with the Bank on the 12th of August, same day I received a non-straightforward email. I received a Decision Made email a few days later further to a Paided Email.

I think this thing varies with time and factor, I have used UBA, I was debited within 24hrs and telex was sent to mail within 48hours.

This our Airport people are funny. They don't read jack. You better do for the two to avoid embarrassment at the airport. Those guys are clowns!!!!!
