10 ton granite for some foot traffic area and gutter system. N70K. I used to pay this for 20 ton.

I only buy equipments from Kenny but do the custom installs myself. Yeah, low quality videos from CCTV are a no no for me.

I have too much other stuff using data that I cannot really tell what the CCTV alone is consuming. MTN offers 30GB for N8K per month.

So the major decision going forward is whether to use projector (long or shot throw) or high def television. I have wiring for both already.

I have two defined private areas. A small home Office and a home theater.

The home theater will be setup with about eleven luxurious chairs with different elevations. It will have Dolby surround sound system (prewired) and a high definition viewing screen. Basically creating a movie theater experience. It will be great to watch movies and football.

go for the Samsung 8k QLED 85 Inches TV sir ... i don't even understand where people get the idea of putting projector instead of the normal tv ..
why would i want to watch a video on a piece of white cloth .. i wish the cinema would replace projector with a specialized TV in the future

I’ve done 3000 lumens Benq short throw projector but I realize my HDTV outperform the projector when you consider image quality (under whatever light conditions), sound quality and most especially when watching darker hd contents.

I think for a larger theater a projector is possibly ideal but I think with my smaller space a TV will be ideal.

I think people go for projectors cos of cost
I doubt if you will spend less than 2m on a 4knsamsung TV that is 86in

So far, finishing has ramping up to be the most expensive part of the build. I started this build back when cement was N1,6K

My partner is definitely keeping track of cost.

The room will definitely be padded. I’ve built a home theater before in Texas but I’ve been watching a lot of videos to keep abreast of latest developments.
