I applied April 8 and medical was updated to pass May 31. Eligibility not started on my profile but I've sent several mails as well. May I ask... Was your responded to?

This isnt a good move tho, how old are your Kids?

If they are not old enough to cater for themselves, do not take that route..

You can apply alone, get your study permit , and when you get to Canada you can apply for spousal permit for your spouse and visiting permit for your Kids...

Leaving your spouse and kids will serve as good Home Ties, not leaving only your kids behind..

I can't say it's a must. However, in his sponsorship letter, he has to say what he does for a living. It's always good to back such claim with proof. A work ID can be used.

Put yourself in the Visa officer's shoes what would you think seeing an application with spouse only leaving 2 kids.
I remember one time someone on this platform applied without her child and didn't properly state how the child will be catered for cant remember much but somewhere in her note the VO called her "self serving"

Saying this to say these VOs will not understand this action even if you do.
If you have time and resources to test waters and take risks then apply with the whole family if it fails then you apply alone again

Forgot to mention for emphasis sake. I submitted my application on the 18th July with medical, got message of medical passed on 27th July. So if it's possible to give them everything you feel they will need upfront, just give it to them... Ielts, medical, mbs... Etc for each correspondence they send to you awaiting your response is time ticking away. My philosophy is give them every so once to open your application they will sit up and work. No back and forth.

Does first bank partner with mybankstatement? Someone said yes to the above question. I'm yet to check myself.
Secondly, if yes, can I just get the mybankstatement, and include it in my app?
I heard you say that it can be directly sent to the embassy from d mobile app. But, me, I feel like submitting it together with other documents, since it's a document that has a password and ticket id. I don't feel like sending it alone from the mobile app.

I'm in the process of applying for my study visa and would like to get opinions as I'm still packaging document. Below is my profile
Age - 32, single.
Program -1 year Post Diploma in Project Management,
Work Experience - 8 years as an Electrical Engineer in construction in Middle East
Self sponsored. Full fees paid and intend to make GIC deposits for cost of living. I will be using my 2 houses and immediate family as home ties.
Future plans will be Job prospects in Nigeria (already applied for 2).

Please I need opinions of those with experience if there is anything else I could add/adjust/remove to have a watertight application.

Coincidentally @EmeeNaka and I got correspondence this Friday and refusal on Sunday, we both submitted on the 30th of April, with same refusal reasons, obviously same visa officer.

Now tell me why I should not be mad, you put everyone in a box and issue same refusal reason, I feel cheated, robbed and unjustly treated honestly.

This is more painful than I thought, actually woke up again to cry it’s 2:20am.

Any suggestion on how to tackle this will really help...

Missing it one time doesn't determine anything. Best way to go about it is, getting the gcms note and retrying.

Am not too familiar with SELKIRK COLLEGE, BRITISH COLUMBIA, I have only come across a Post Grad. program there before called Culinary Management , and the LIMITATION they have is that they offer only Five POST GRADUATE programs (Business Management, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Culinary Management and Gerontological Nursing) unlike colleges in ONTARIO that offers most of the POST GRAD. programs in Canada.
