I just received a mail from the school and I learnt that since I haven't made payment for full tuition fee and didn't register for courses, my application has been withdrawn and I will not be refunded part payment of my tuition as well.

I wrote the international segment several emails and the registrar as well, letting them understand the reason I needed to defer but none of my mails were responded to.

How do I go about the deferment and in case they don't oblige me deferring, how do I get refunded for my part payment of tuition fees.

Sorry Just take heart I assure you I have been there. I was refused in my first application and got approved on the second infact i know of a moniker here that was denied four times and got approval on the fifth application. Canada isnt a bed of roses and people really really do work very very hard to earn their living but with all these it is still the best place to be. Like i call it the backyard of heaven. I will advise you apply for your GCMS note send it here let the elders and gurus advise you on how to go about it. Once that is done and you can give a corresponding LOE to back your claims with documental evidences that are rational and reasonable APproval is certain. Take Heart and refire.

I will advise you to book a flight 3days lesser than a month from my personal experience. Although some scape through with a few days more than a month but I didn't. I had to reschedule for more than 1k Cad approx 409k. My candid advice though the ball is in your court.

Oh dear, this is sad. Sorry about your refusal. To refire, you will need to order another gcms notes to understand their final assessment. I watched a former visa officer talk about the Canadian ties, she mentioned if you have jumpers in your family, it might affect your application. By jumpers she meant people who travelled for one purpose and went on to do something else. That even if they are now legalized, it might still affect. If that’s not your case, you can tackle it head on.

It's convincing. And truthfully the ICT is an industry that doesn't necessarily require a BSC for one to be successful. Just work on your SOP in its entirety.

You can launch a career with a diploma certificate with the intent of pursing industry certification in the nearest future . Make sure you include the bolded.

Send a mail to "Minister@cic.gc.ca" and allege your suspicion of discrimination, lack of procedural fairness, prejudice, stereotyping, poor review, etc. in a very frantic and respectful way. That's the minister of Immigration's mail as it relates to IRCC matters. You just may be heard. However, you'd have to attach evidence such as your application documents, GCMS notes, etc. Please only do this if you are sure of your claim of error on the part of the visa officer(s).

correspondence and PPR are always issued same day from my past experience and the approvals I have saw on this trend in past ! The moments correspondence is issued without ppr then it’s 20% chance of getting approve my thought though .

Am not too familiar with SELKIRK COLLEGE, BRITISH COLUMBIA, I have only come across a Post Grad. program there before called Culinary Management , and the LIMITATION they have is that they offer only Five POST GRADUATE programs (Business Management, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Culinary Management and Gerontological Nursing) unlike colleges in ONTARIO that offers most of the POST GRAD. programs in Canada.

Damn!, Emeka take heart, you must definitely re-apply because delay is not denial. You gotten this far, you can't quit now. Sometimes luck plays a part in these things. someone posted here of someone who was nonchalant about the application. Made mistakes on his IMM form, refused to do up front medicals and use a bank statement of 3 mill closing balance and got PPR. We'll just have to beg God to grace our efforts.

It is not early considering the fact that the approved hospitals are mostly booked. Go get your medicals done.
