My question is why would the dealer refund ibe kachukwu his money?was their an agreement that if d car can't enter US there will be a refund.

Nigeria is indeed a basket of fools. How does a person think car manufactured for Nigeria or other places than US will pass the strict inspection for US Specs? It is a boneheaded act to send a car from Nigeria to US. What a bunch dunce.

Real Madness. How can you ship a car to US when the real manufacturer is in UK. Why not order another of such Jaguar model from the manufacturer in UK and get deliver in US with good discount for your brother in US and ofcourse you Kaxhikwu can pay from the lots stolen from Nigeria. This is stupid. I thought educated people get sense of decency and frugality. Nonsense....

There is a particular k leg in this story.if every evidence of purchase was verified,why would the Us customs ship the car back to the seller in Nigeria and refunds made to the buyer? Why not just release the car to the buyer?

Because you are a poor man who doesn’t understand the ways of the rich does not mean it has to make sense to you. There are people who regularly fly or ship their cars abroad. Some with exotic cars ship their cars abroad to fix/service. Some fly their cars abroad drive service and bring it back.

Me I never knew people are sending Car to America as gifts to America, I've been thinking it's other way round.

The car was therefore released to Dr. Kachikwu.
The car was subsequently returned to the dealer in Nigeria and refunds were made to Dr. Kachikwu.

Did I understand what refund mean, because the write up says the Car was bought in 2009 and has been used for years before been sent to America initially.
