I can never work for 30 days to earn 15k monthly..
I know people who earn less that in a month. Nobody wishes to be at the bottom of the salary scale, but sometimes life happens.

So elder sister called me today that she got a job in Osun which pays 10k per month. This got me a little upset because her current job pays 15k in Ibadan. I asked her why and she said life is much cheaper in Osun compared to Oyo state. I've not been to both States, so that is why I want to hear people's opinion, which do you think is better.

Concerning accommodation, She already has a place to stay in both States, so the question now is, can one survive with 10k per month in Osun and also 15k per month in Ibadan when the only need is food?
10k In osun is beta than 15k in Ibadan

U mean someone will be earning $22 per month.
I think this is the worst I have ever come across.
Many earn less than that, this exemplifies the top-of-the-roof inequality in Nigeria. Just for the record a senator earns around 29.5 million monthly.

You can never be richer than your mind...

I asked a writer recently what her rates is. She said #1.5 per word..

I was shocked... I couldn't hire her, cause her rate was too poor for my liking.

But that's her worth, and she doesn't see beyond that rate.

Whereas if you're to ask me same question, response will be $0.15 per word, or $30/1hr.

Know your worth, know thyself!

TheZebra, someone is ready to offer your sister a better job.
Youths that are hustling to do legitimate jobs should be highly encouraged.

How far can 10k or 15k sustain her for a month?

That money can't even cover her basic amenities like sanitary pads, recharge card, data subscription, bathing soap, tooth paste, detergents, toilet tissue, cream, perfume... etc.

So what's the purpose of doing the job?

Let her learn a trade then source out capital to start and I strongly believe that she'll make more than 800% of that amount at the end of the month.

Good luck.
What kind of trade do you advice or suggest?
