My brother the cases and updates especially in Lagos is something else,
My concern is that nobody seems to be bother again rider will just enter car not covering nose, if I try to tell them, they will start telling stories of how it’s not in Nigeria it scam bla bla at some point I was contemplating stopping to drive self. But look around you 98% of Nigerians are not complaints, nobody seems to wear mask again.

Thank you for bringing it here, heard there is a new variant called Gamma. All this variants Anee not included in the vaccines.

God will continue to keep us

Na delta variant i read last, now gamma covid22. News of people wey die recently from covid sef dey

On sunday naso i carry 2 guys and one babe, the guy wey sit next to me just dey cough anyhow. I first off AC roll down , shift my mask go up well well. He noticed say i dey look am one kain look he say make i no vex. I say make them use mask.

They carelessly told me they don’t have face mask. Since then i’ve been thinking. I think uber has strict policy concerning the mask issue.

I have been told from reliable source on this thread that you and Gentlelife50 don’t need money again but need to know how to spend the plenty money you have.

I dey road side now to drive go house dey hard me, my eyes heavy and no destination trip home enter, but this your dashboard has motivated that I’m done for today.

I's Nigeria a country? Even when you go to officers and eateries, all they care about is for u to buy face mask, I'll b pointing at ppl that are all in without face mask, they careless. Just buy and put it in your hand, the money is what they are after everywhere.

At least, he should save other victims in the future by dropping details of the said guy

Post his number and account details. Very simple.

Uber11 is a free spirited guy. He trusts so easily. That's a good trait, but it's not for Nigeria and Nigerians grin

Yeah I agree with you.

To everyone, Let's also be gentle with our comments, he's in a bad situation already, let your comments be words that uplift and not deflate him further

You mean fight for trips or fight riders? If riders, there's no need again. 100% compensation awaits. grin

Funny enough I like these kind of trips provided the rider will not waste my time at PU. I pick you, end the trip under 3 minutes, collect my N500 naira and reposition grin

They are never quick. They'll come out late, ask you to wait for another person that's still coming, one random girl will casually stroll out 5 minutes later. When you finally move they'll want to buy okpa from one woman on the next street, then the girl will drop at the bus stop too

That's the problem with those trips. See how that one has kept you waiting longer than the trip itself will take.

Some will also try to be clever by half, you'll hear "You will wait and take me back".

If you make the mistake and agree, trip will end at the same 500 or 600. grin

Yes. Just got it out not quite long.

Congratulations bro I'm happy for you only a few will understand what you went through. Don't think of how much you spent getting your car out but think of the joy of having your car back and the benefits it will give afterwards. You're no more the same person you use to be yesterday neither like that man who have been driving in lagos for many years without encountering what you've gone through... You're a 100 times better now with more experience and awareness about your environment, you won't encounter such ever again. So be glad my dear friend you'll recover all you've lost, brace up and get back to work. Nothing do you.

Okay...I get it now...that road is one way...u cant descend that slope towards under d bridge. It's meant for oncoming vehicles from airport road or Apapa who want to access Oshodi/mafoluku or vehicles coming from Mile2 who want to make u-turn back to face Apapa/mile2.
I explained already to the last guy who had an encounter with MIB there.
Most victims are people coming from Aswani end who drive past Cway and DHL, climb the bridge then take that sharp left down d slope in other to connect airport road. In other to connect airport road u have to drive further down after that sharp bend and take the next left into mafoluku, and find ur way back to airport road beside access bank via one Pako/plank market.

But I hear all that isn't even possible again cos it's now one-way from Aswani junction. I guess they will still give DHL and Cway staff/customers a green pass but if u find urself on that bridge facing Oshodi, u have already contravened.

On that very day construction workers where doing a covet so they blocked the exit that would have taken one into the airport road so the only way the Google map was directing was through the bridge to Cway and then to osolo way and then back so I looked at this other road I didn't see any one way sign... What then do you expect for a road on the right hand side and base on the construction of the road it is expected without any wrong thinking especially on a country that uses the left hand drive so I entered. Unfortunately for me I wind down because my stupid rider said my AC was too cold. That was how they where about to gain entrance into my car oh if not i for drag am with them i swear.

But anyways, that one don pass shall I'm a better person with great understanding now. Person no dey fall mugu twice na

I went to the court inside taskforce office Oshodi. 2 charges. Entering brt corridor and obstructing brt buses. One was freed by the judge and the other, I was asked to pay 30k, after pleading guilty of the charges. I paid and took my car.

If you don't want to face court, then you pay 70k

Hahaha... Can you imagine that! Pay 70k if you don't want to face court and the money will go into individual pockets oh... Its best you approach the court at least payment goes into the government account.

Glory be to God , paddy mi.
The subject was almost running mad cos of his situation.
Now, i believe social media is a powerful tool.
According to him, the driver is not learned but he was kind enough to relate the issue to his Uber colleagues where he usually park to take a breather, that was how the information got around.
Luckily for my friend, one of the pilot the driver broached about the document loss to, use Twitter & follow Giditraffic. Immediately, he saw the tweet, he called the attention of the driver to it.
I don tell him say make him go do thanksgiving for church on sunday grin

I was advised to get in touch with Gbovo Transport and Autovest for my HP car deal with some down payment ready in hands. Before I jump in to the plan, I just want to ask if anyone knows anything about these two car dealerships or done HP business with them before?

How much is the down payment and what is the total payment for the car?

But the thing is... You no dey take advice, upon all the advice, na Uncompleted building you go pay for inside Ishieri.

Tueh.

Over 500k ooo guy... 500k... Add 200k to that money you don buy motor o... Azin enh I just dey wonder! Well shall... Thats why when I advise ppl to come live in lagos they think I'm giving them a wrong advise. Lagos will refine you, will expose you, will teach you lessons of life and will put you a step ahead than your pears around the world.

Whosoever that stays in Lagos and no get sense will never have sense ever again anywhere.
