Challenges encountered are
1 I couldn't download the PPA Letter. I was told to update my date of birth. I didn't want to update my profile because it was earlier stated by NPOWER officer that update of profile should be disregarded.

2 I was also instructed to confirm my acceptance of the offer by uploading an acceptance letter. My challenge here is that the addressee wasn't given or known.

Thank you for any assistance as regards these challenges

Has anyone encountered this, I just saw it now
"The program you selected is not available in your local govt area, please select another program".
When I try to select no program is shown, the box is just empty.

The problem am facing now is that my Bvn date of birth does not match my documents date of birth..and I was unable to print my ppa letter

Refresh your page. That was what i did and mine deployment appeared

I have logged out and in but the portal is still the same way it was. Nothing like redeployment or letter. It's still showing you haven't been deployed yet.

I noticed that I was putting wrong Bvn(my friend's bvn)..when I put mine is now showing "too many Requests received. Please try again in a minutes time"

Mine I am still told to update my profile,and I see that the bank details space is empty n it seems some documents might not be there too as I am only seeing national i.d n nysc discharge...should I go ahead n update?
And I never saw where to check for deployment either.
