I'm owing Gtb USSD credit loan
I abandoned my three Banks, and started using friend/Family's account.
Gave me atm and all with my number registered for alerts

Now I have been paying back little by little, but to be very honest it's not easy.
One thing led to another then that's why I couldn't pay it's not as if I don't want to pay, I'm not deliberately not trying to pay.

Thing is I need my Own name on a bank account to Pursue one Hustle now.
Can I go to a new bank entirely ans open?
Hope I will not be traced or arrested?
My name would not be blacklisted or the day I'm trying to open it, I will now have issues, or can I still open it, no worries?

If this were possible, BVN wouldn't exist in the first place.

Go and open a new account with your BVN, nothing go happen with the money in the new account. The law hasn't been implemented up till that level cause it will affect those that even made the law, you are not the only one in this mess, yours is just a drop into ocean, all those big men and women you see out there living big are in your shoe but they are manoeuvring around it. No one would arrest you and no one would deduct money in that account. But try to be sorting out the debts, remember those loan sharks are also in business. I'm also owning access bank 100k and I'm using other account but I will pay back sha, things do happen and we are all not avail same opportunities in this country of ours.

For what reason will they stop you from opening,go and open as many as you wish,worst that will happen gtb will get a court order to debit what you owe them from your new account which they will trace via your bvn just to recover their money,the other loan apps won't do shiit.. speaking from experience.

No, not GTbank, I just remembered it is Kwik cash, but the money was sent to the GTbank account
I linked the kwikcash (etisalat loan) to a GTBank account

The fear is that I will be debited on this new account linked to my Debt-heavy BVN
This money is money for doing business, till I am stable, I want to use a new account personally
