Hello people,

Please I am in need of a spacious self contained at places close to Ikeja and extending Iyanapaja. If it is Iyanapaja, it should be a place that is close to the express where I could get buses to Ikeja. My budget is 200-250k below.

Or if there is someone (a lady) that wants to rent an apartment and is looking for a flatmate, we could add money together and rent a two bedroom flat with toilets ensuite, and just Kitchen and probably sitting room room to share.

Or if there is someone (a lady) that stays close to Ikeja and has a room with toilet ensuite to rent out, I would be interested in it too.


I would appreciate all help I can get. Thank you in advance.

I have Oshodi in my head to be quite noisy..I don't know if there is anything contrary to that..

Not really. There is a place I saw recently (online) its a new house and, and a bit far from the major bus terminal. It also depends on where you work, the lady in question here works on the Island and has a staff bus that picks up staff at Oshodi.

Yeah getting a vehicle to ikeja is actually easily... And about noise..

I didn't like the pictures he sent. The house looked too old and might collapse soon...I am looking for something else.
