BluntCrazeMan:
Is there any possible remedy to this??
Or do we continue to complain and argue and quote some legal paragraphs here??
The remedy is to go to court and get it overturned at the Supreme Court. Thats what the atheist are doing about blasphemy laws in Nigeria.

The Constitution is routinely violated because nobody challenges them in courts. Lets look at blasphemy laws for example. They're clearly illegal because they violated free expression but until it gets to the Supreme Court They're here to stay.
You have a good point there but the issue is, will an average Muslim forgives the fellow when the SC exonorates him/her?
No! He still wears the "death sentence" tag and killed at any moment and no arrest whatsoever is made let alone bringing somebody to justice. That's the kind of scenario we have

Who cares how they feel about the judgements. If they dont like the laws either amend them or succeed. He doesn't have to live in the North after he's free BTW. Once the laws are changed they have no legal authority to enforce such rules.

Dear Mods, we need this discussion to be on the Front-page...
Human Right Lawyers (Especially Femi Falana) need to see this and save the situation.
..
This topic needs to get wide publicity, and get discussed on Channels-TV, ARISE, TVC, and AIT..
If NTA likes, let them not discuss it..
..
Lalasticlala, please take note.

The entirety of the application of the Sharia Law should be challenged in the Court of Law.
..
..
Sharia Law falls under the same category as Customary Laws.
..
It shouldn't be applied to any citizen who pleads to be judged by the Federal Laws.

Like I asked before....
..
Can this kind of lawless scenarios be changed for good forever?
..
(Oohh... You said that the solution is to break the country into bits.. How possible is that solution then?)

If the laws are declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court they're null and void.
