Please, how does this paid call thing work. I’ve tried severally, no hope. When I get to the point where it asks me to enter my card number and then press star, I do exactly that but it keeps repeating that I do the same thing over and over till the line cuts.

Is this how it works for everyone? Since 2weeks now, same thing.

What type of card are you using?

I guess you using a Verve. If yes, it will not work. The number on the card is more than standard 16 numbers for master card.

Try naira master card.

if yes, the opening and closing balances of the POF must at least show how many days length?

If you check UKVI website and check the requirements for bank statements, you'll see that you do not need to stamp anything anymore.

You can download it from the bank website and upload the pdf like that but you have to remove the password sha.

If you can, try and get a universal card instead. I got mine from first bank, and it works for Pounds, dollars and Euros payment. Good luck

They don't oooh. I'm just coming from a bank too, I was not issue a mastercard for pounds account. I was given two options a prepaid visa dollar card or do a new dollar dormicillary account with new reference. I had to go for prepaid but the time span is too long more than a week. I was ask to check back next Monday. I just regret opening a UBA pounds account.

It means your visa has been approved. Did you send a mail before then?

I know about first bank visa debit card which can include all domiciliary account in one card and you can withdraw naira in Nigeria, USA in dollars, pounds in UK and euro in other European countries. The cost of the card is #1000 but you must have a domiciliary account with them that will be link to the account and it takes 2 weeks

Hello Guys,

I need your advice. I got My VISA last week but for some reason, they didn't include a decision letter (the one needed for BRP) when sending my passport. I only got the passport with the VISA vignette in it.

What do I do? i have done paid email but they aren't saying anything. Is this something to worry about? Has anyone here experienced this or know anyone who has? How did they go about it?

The next prompt will be for you to input your card expiry date and Security number.

I need some answers and clarification(s).

a) One of the dependant visa (Dependant Partner) has the full lenght of stay on the vignette as against the 90 days vignette and I think this is an error that needs to be corrected. Am I right? Or is it an exception for dependant partner?

From Saturday morning that I discovered till now, I have searched the web, nairaland inclusive (maybe I need to search more) but the vignette validity is silent on dependant and I saw that it is 90 days for the Student - stating that it was previously 30 days.

b) If it is an error that needs to be corrected, then sending the passport back will be inevitable right?

c) During my search on nairaland, I came across a response on the previous thread stating that correction takes about 15 working days. Is there any added service (E.g priority) to have it fixed on time?

d) Lastly, has anyone received the missing decision letter by email?

It was when I got home that I saw that of the validity.
