Check out Grohe bathtubs. I’ll see if I can get anyone supplying in Lagos.

Thanks Sir. This will solve my space issue.

Im really leaning towards a tele lately. I’m going to pop into a Samsung store soon,

You'd be keeping 500-800k for TV now... for 60" above..

That’s even low at least at Founai (sp) near Cocoa House.

The acceptable ones were N1.5M.

But still cheaper than the one below grin

You can get a very very very clean and good UK use TV for a fraction of a new one.
I mean very very neat one
I got my smart TV for 120k
New one was selling for 250-300k
I have never ever had a single issue with it for 3 years now

You're just lucky..

My present TV is also from Alaba.
Smart TV too.

But now, I'd rather buy new.

I just don't want to put too much into TV because of these burglars

Good morning, I think so.

The gaps will be filled with small small granite.

I’m still debating between this and stained concrete for the front.

So far, finishing has ramping up to be the most expensive part of the build. I started this build back when cement was N1,6K

My partner is definitely keeping track of cost.

The room will definitely be padded. I’ve built a home theater before in Texas but I’ve been watching a lot of videos to keep abreast of latest developments.

Why would you want to pad a properly built block walls of minimum 6 inches thick walls? What is there to pad? We only pad stud partitions (dry walls).

The roof. (ceiling) is not PVC but really good looking POP. So sound leakage is taken care of.

Door is probably 2 inches thick proper Nigerian wooden door. So what is there to pad? Or you want to install a double glazed window?

I will not pad sha. Na correct block walls na. Well done.

Maybe pad is the wrong choice of words.

I will be framing the walls with local ankara cloth with light foam behind it. More decorative than anything else.

I hope I make sense.

I'm not going for ultimate audiophile setup.
