From what I understand,Abba Kari only asked the lawyer to collect all rent process from Collins Ezenwas's properties into his account for safekeeping so that the monies could be tendered as exhibits in court in the future.Kyari could have asked him to pay the monies into an account controlled by him or his associates. Nevertheless the normal thing to do in this case is to approach a high court judge who will give instructions for banking the illicitly earned funds. |
