Medical insurance requires monthly payment by every adult, una wey never pay taxes wan pay insurance fee? Even the U.K wey implement universal healthcare don dey lament now and they are only 70 million , how we go do am for 200 million people with 70% of the population jobless and not willing to pay taxes? How can we ensure the taxes even when paid are used to maintain the medical insurance program instead of our leaders' stomach infrastructure?
