Remove northern part of the country from the Nigerian map and Nigeria's global index rating astronomical improves. The irony is that someone from that school is most likely to lead this country than someone down south.

But you've just shown yourself to be a fool. Schools in the North are not all on holiday. Some states in 3rd term. States have different academic calendars as a result of Covid-19 and the forced breaks.
