The fact is this generation doesn't want to suffer at all and Nigerian government is not helping the youths....well yes not all of them are into yahoo...but we also have ritualist among them and other people who are into fraudulent acts
Many traders, let me say many Igbo traders most of you look down on are very rich, I mean young guys selling things at various markets and malls in Nigeria.

And believe me, no be juju or Yahoo, na pure legit money.

its unfortunate many youths are into internet scam, making it seem like it's what most successful youths do, but it's not true.

We also have a lot of rich e-commerce entrepreneurs making millions from selling things online from the comfort of their homes.

Now this is one of their identity card; changing girls (not even classy looking girls, but all those leg chain, nose ring, tattoo bodied ankle chains wearing girls that look so razz and unkempt).

Blame it on the society we are in.

The analogic old folks and educated illiterates believe you must have grey hair or struggle for ages like your predecessors before you become rich/wealthy legally.

Envy and hate brew in such people when they see a young fella prosper in the society.

They look for ways to bring that person down, spite and badmouth him/her as long as they feel he/she has to reach a 'certain' old age before 'doing well' in life.

Some people will be like 'when dem born am sef wey him don dey get dat kind money?' grin

Same way they believe anyone who doesn't go out in the morning at 4am and comes back at 11pm daily is into fraud.

They are not exposed to the opportunities on the 'net' so they'll find it strange that young professionals like programmers, animators, copywriters, SEO experts, video editors, online tutors, CPA marketers, Crypto/Forex traders amongst others are cashing out thousands of dollars monthly without stepping out of their homes.

Blame it on the society we are in.

Don't mind some Nigerians and their hatred

Some people don't want to see you do better than them

They don't complain about politicians kid luxurious lifestyle but see their fellow as yahoo
Poverty mentality and envy

Some old people that have failed in life doesn't like seeing young lad successful more than them

I don't support fraud say no to fraud

Rich and young guys always have a means of identification to show that they are doing a legitimate business or work.If you can prove that when confronted you are good to go.

People who believe these things do so because of their own pathological insecurity. They refuse to fix their own personal issues, and instead want to bring other people down in some way in the hopes that they'll feel better, but they never do. No healthy, intelligent, educated person draws these sick conclusions.

You really need to recognize what those people are because (1) their opinion is meaningless and (2) those people will always spew negativity probably even long after the targets of their vitriol are dead. Their sickness just goes on and on.

shocked

You are right, but defunct SARS, NPF, EFCC and some Nigerians believed that a young man cannot make it legitimately without fraud.

Right now the police are back on the street harassing boys, as long as you dress good they will stop you, no one wants to see you successful in this country.

Something shock me last week. I went to a barbing saloon to Barb my hair. They are few guys there. They are arguing about Yahoo.

One said that if he president of Nigeria he will close down Efcc and legalise Yahoo fraud. And many guys were supporting him.

I shock my head!! The youths of This country are something else. They will be worse than our current leaders if they enter politics.

One was even saying that if Foreign journalism interview him about Yahoo fraud as Nigeria president he will tell the journalist that white people are fool for falling for the scam so Nigeria Yahoo boys should continue to defraud them their money.

Chaii!! Future Leaders. Nigeria is gone to the dogs. We are criticizing our leaders without knowing that our youths will be the worst.

Nigerians both young and old capitalize on crime...
So that's why efcc and co with their full chest would tag someone a yahoo boy and 90 out of 100 times they would be right..
Because the system wasn't designed to make things easy..
Na why police dey get mind do stop ad search because almost everybody na walking suspect..

If you had a throbbing conscience, you'd have avoided this post. You are the most infamous self-confessed fraudster this forum has ever been unfortunate to host. Bragging about your scamming antics on front-page threads.

Low-key, show-off, you must be able to prove your source of income at all times to be legitimate and dignified. Do this and you can spend the proceeds how you want to.

If you can't prove either or both, you're off course and shouldn't be where the rest of us who always stay on the right side of the law while being humane stand.

It's a crime now, the police feel better about they miserable lives when they see boys in slipper's and okrika clothes, they won't stop you.
Even after all the talks about human rights and stuff that the police do not have the right to search your phone without warrant, they still go ahead and infring on your rights and you dare not challenge them.
