I don't know if you like something like the picture below. We call it starter and the client pays for them. So you will decide the places you want to put them and quantity. Each goes for 10,000.

Or we can replace it with 3" wrought iron pipe (60*60) and find a cover for for the top.

Without the starter, the price is 40,000/m and with the starter, it's is 37,000/m

This is commendable no doubt but sticking to plan and working collaboratively is part of the job description of good governance. Ambode lacked this.
