Help me this is my first time ordering something from international store wish,

On August 2 2021 i place order for mini tracker on wish store i chose surulere as my post office, from the tracker it say the item has arrived Nigeria, i have gone to surulere post office to confirm, they say the item has not arrived in their custody, that i will get a text message from post when they receive the item,

Now is a month plus. I have not received any text no emails from wish,

I don't know where i belong right now

Pls shopper help check what is wrong

According to customer reviews they said item arrived in 3 weeks ,

I want to be ordering my good from alixpeess, i just need someone to guide me how to place order on alixpeess and get delivered without stress from custom or post office officials

Chill. It arrived Nigeria August 24. That was when it was cleared from the airport to whatever first destination NIPOST receives deliveries.

From there, it will be posted to NIPOST Surulere.

You should be calm and give it a Month.

Next time, you won't use NIPOST ordinary mail again. You don learn lesson

Which better way, do I need to use i want to get good direct from alixpeess, i don't mind to wait for month till it deliver ,the amount of product i buy here is too expensive

Bro let your mind be at rest, for the fact that your item can be track should give you rest of mind.
The only time you can be panic is when tracking gives you delivery failed for like 4 working days.

Use track24.net or ship24 to track your item.
When it shows that it has reach Nipost in your state capital, give it 3 to 4 day, you will receive a call from your post office.

It's might be that you visited the wrong section at Nipost. Happened to me 1st time visiting
