Merit Scholarship is £1000

Usually for internal school scholarships, you can’t use two of their scholarships at a go.
They pick the higher amount for you. You are only entitled to one school scholarship.

You are right. I think it also depends on the condition of each scholarship. Some scholarships can be combined, while some can't be combined. So the best bet is for him to check the conditions and most importantly call them — mailing them may take time.

The only log in is from the gov.Uk link , the server was down yesterday . But it’s working now use the link , if you haven’t submitted you will still be able to upload after you book appointment. Check that your appointment day is still valid

Having issues logging into my TLS account to upload my document, their site was down for a few hours so it messed up my uploads as I couldn’t submit. I’m very certain I wasn’t sent log in details and I didn’t create an account. I’ve checked my spam/junk just to be sure. I’ve used the UK.gov log in details to no luck. Now I can’t upload any of my documents, there isn’t even a ‘forgot password’ option. It’s honestly really frustrating.

Go back in through gov.uk, that’s the only way to get to your tls page

Good evening all. Please I need some clarification for University of Chester. I had a conditional offer by Chester University that awarded me International student scholarship and Merit scholarship.
But when I submitted the statement of purpose, the Merit scholarship was omitted in the unconditional offer.
Please has anyone experienced this challenge before? And how can this issue be resolved? Would this mean my merit scholarship has been revoked?

Wow . It must be an error asking for log in details . Send a mail to tls complain on their site.

Is there anyone, who said they were going to stay with a sibling during interview and still got the Visa, cuz am not understanding again. From one interview to another.....shuo.

If your application is genuine then you got nothing to worry about. Even if you are going to stay with someone you still need to convince them that your maintenance money will be available to you in the UK.

I guess their attention will be on your interview answers and financial requirement.

For those of us that have collected UK NIN within the last 6 months or so. Please how long did it take for you to get it?

Cos I know working without it is illegal

Some schools dont give more than one scholarship..so if you qualify for two , they just give you the highest one.

If the ten years is over already, then I don’t think there is a problem. Someone was also banned for ten years and he’s now in Uk as dependant to his wife.

I can only give u advice from what I saw on my school page.. they only return your deposit if you have been denied a visa. Check what your school has to say about refunds

Please can i ask a school to withdraw my CAS without loosing the whole tuition deposit paid. Also will this be an issue if i ask another school to issue a CAS for jan intake. To give context, for certain recent personal unavoidable reasons, I may not be able to resume in early Oct my school said, but until around Nov. I asked to school if i could defer, they said they don't have Jan intake for my programme. I asked for late resumption while i study remotely till Nov, they are finding it difficult to give clearance. Now, i applied to another school for January intake and i got admitted.
Has anyone experienced or know someone who has. I did appreciate any advise i can get. Thanks

Correct, just got a new one - and travel history was on the old passport. Old one wasn't submitted physically at TLS though - just the new one.

So.. if you are yet to receive your Passport after weeks of Biometrics and are tempted to go to TLS to check... Don't!

I travelled plenty kilometers to check why I was yet to receive word since early August. The staff were polite and helpful but they eventually could not help and asked me to go and send a paid mail.

I'm making this post because there were a lot of people who came yesterday to complain bitterly about this delay and we all got the same response. One of them had applied since April sef.

Don't waste your time, send that paid mail now and pray along.

If costs is solely her reason for doing a PGD she can get masters of 11k per year which is probably what a might cost too. I don't think PGD qualifies for the PSW but I'm not too sure

Hey people, there are slots available for biometrics in VI from next week Monday. You can amend your application if you chose VI already or select the location ASAP if you are filling out your application. So you don’t have to stress about doing a walk-in

10m not ok. I applied with 10m and CAS was not given until applied with 13m just got my cas yesterday.
