My only problem with nigeria as a country is this devaluation everyday rather than that things are very cheap and affordable compare to other African countries.

I like this question, Nigeria is far better than most African countries, virtually in everything.. but you will never see their citizens bad-mouthing their countries everywhere they go. I have friends from other African countries, but I have never seen a country like Nigeria where her citizens are champions in showcasing all the bad/negagive things happening in their country.

Nobody is saying things are working perfectly in Nigeria, and we mustn't always hide things, but the negative vibes Nigerians are using to degrade their country on all social media platform is having negative impacts on Nigerians and Nigeria as a country.

Never you underestimate the powers of professing negative things against yourself or your country.
Please, allow the treasury bill thread to thrive, stop bringing these unrelated topics here.

You and your paymasters can never tell Nigerians what to talk about.

The leaders will steal our common wealth, allow terrorists to kill our farmers, formulate and implement daft economic policies, carry soldiers to kill ARMLESS protesters, rig elections, courts of co ordinate jurisdiction will be dishing out the same judgments, kidnappers are offered "amnesty and forgiveness " Gumi will be threatening Nigerians etc, and NOBODY AMONGST THEM IS MADE TO FACE THE LAW.

You're here telling us not to talk about it because it's embarrassing when the people whom we pay millions every month are not doing their job.

Oga, respect yourself and this humble thread, carry your advice comot for here.

@emmasoft why does it take so long to redeem funds from VGIF? It's been more than 5 days, even though the mail had stated within 5 days.

Gbam, Nigerians are going through alot of chronic hardship, poverty, senseless Killings daily, kidnapping, robbery, ritualism etc and we must talk about it online , offline, on earth, beneath the surface of the earth, in space, ocean, rivers, lakes, on the mountain- top and in the heavenlies, in churches, mosques etc

If possible we must talk about it on every thread and if that will make the useless satanic government currently in Abuja to change, so be it sad

All African countries are all in mess, not just Nigeria.

But most Nigerians are negative people
Negative leaders we have up there. Can you compare Nigeria reported and unreported killings; due to no network coverage in some area to that of other African countries ?
Let's call a spade a spade and stop this suffering and smiling by keeping quiet. Some citizens are still in the bush with little or no hope of survival while some can not sleep with their two eyes close, entire family have been whipped out by gunmen and we have careless leaders throwing big parties, spending on concubines with tax payers money and they are still planning on taxing social media.

Feedback? After 6 business days until you had to step in? And apparently this happens all the time. Do you know that others are redeeming in 24 hrs or 48 hrs max without clients having to speak to anyone? I pity the clowns that are accepting this rubbish service instead of exploring other options. What nonesense angry

@Tranquility2345 Please note that there are other details on this particular transaction that can't be shared here. Also note that though VGIF is a mutual fund but it's different from MMF. The period of redemption is different from that of MMF and it's based on the regulatory standard and the fund's processes. it's not as a result of incompetence or poor service. Thank you.

I use other fixed income funds and they redeem in 24 to 48 hours. Investment One is poor when it comes to customer service and returning funds and this has been happening for a while now. No need to be defensive. Take this as constructive feedback to your management. Your customer service is terrible and needs to improve!

I redeemed from my vgif in 48 hours. I am surprised it took that long for him to redeem his.

I keep telling people, When you understand the nature of agriculture you will never fall for this......,,

To newbies who have never travelled and enjoyed some stay in the village know this, a good tecno touch light phone cost #12000, that is the cost of a bag of corn at owode market in Ogun state, A typical Nigerian farmer on the average makes this on one plot of land after 3 months of hard work..........

When we see okada riders, house boys and girls, smugglers, cleaners littered all over Lagos Abuja and other major cities, This jobs are still way way easier than Agriculture..........

If it were this easy most cities would be depopulated in a years time

I got my vgif redemption the same day. I applied in the morning at about past 9am and got the alert 10pm in the evening of same day. And, it was a substantial amount cos we needed to purchase a student hostel.
I have actually sent several referrals their way.
My boss, who I referred, also had a same day redemption when he needed money for a commodity storage transaction.

I can remember telling some of them that Practical Farmers won't even have time for Social media adverts or setting up a Office in a Posh area in Lagos while their Farm is at Ibadan.

Where the Farm is located is meant to be where the office is.
