At the bolded, twowill surely last you a month. You're mixing it with water not licking it. I said 10/days because I can't say how much it is inside the pack right now. It in fact remains small in the pack after the first month of my usage.

I haven't gotten it but I live close to Shoprite so I went there and the lady there showed be the two types they sell. one in a plastic(6Ibs) while the other one is in a thick nylon (12Ibs).

And she said taking one heaped scoop of the 6Ibs has just 8 servings while the 12Ibs has 16 servings. Which one did you get for yourself, Is it the 6Ibs or the 12Ibs?

Don’t do that bro. The 2 scoops is a very heavy intake. I will advise you add bananas, peanut butter, milk, blend together to get a 2450 calorie, the main thing is hitting and exceeding your daily calorie target. For skinny people that’s btw 3k-3500 calories. Proteins will bridge the gap. Especially chicken breasts and eggs.

There’s a drink called Ensure plus. Try and get it. Works like magic.

And yeah, eat a lot. Track your calorie intake daily and you’ll definitely gain weight.

3 weeks ke lol. It’s advisable to take for up to 3 months, so the weight gain is permanent.

I used 2 per month for the first two months before I turned it to 1 per month and later stopped after getting result.

You don't use kitchen spoon, you use salt/sugar spoon. That small one. Heaped scoop will last you more than 10 days. That was how I used mine and what I do recommend. It is not as small as you see it.

Do that for the first two months and then reduce it to 1 per month after that. That is enough to give you more than result you wished for. And please, I used " Mutant mass gainer".

Mass gainer is mass gainer based on there Carbs per serving. Mutant mass gainer has enough content to do the work. It's the one I used.

Yes I take it once. I made it a habit. It’s a very heavy intake. What I advise is to take it after gym. In one week of consistency if you don’t see changes , block me. I gained that extra 14kg in less than 3 months. The gym is very important or else you have unhealthy fats.

Hello boss. Thanks a lot for this wonderful tips you gave me three months ago. It cost me a lot but I now weight 78kg from 60kg. I followed your instruction but I use water instead of milk because it makes it more creamier when using milk and makes me want to throw up.

My self esteem has increased a lot, the gym really made my body really good and my skin now looks for clearer. I no they slim fit new clothes any longer, I can now wear short trousers since I now have a bigger legs. It cost me a lot of money but it’s worth it.

About the eating part, I take a 3 square meal daily but I make sure I take one egg daily and I take fruits daily also and I also take beans a lot.
