You either change the fan or u let them help u refix the fan either is loosen .it has happened to mine before

If you can, remove the back cover, locate the fan and at the middle of the fan is a small sticker covering a hole. Revove the sticker and get 1 or 2 drops of engine oil on it and send your thanks.

The fan already accumulated dust try and find a way to clean it before it will burn your hardrive that can lead to loss of Data.

What type of hard disk does your lappie have?
If it's HDD then consider the system fan as some have suggested
If it's SSD, you may wish to check if you forgot a CD-ROM in the CD drive...

If these troubleshooting don't work visit your certified computer engineer.

When your laptop fan gives off a grinding noise, it's enough cue for you to get a replacement. I had this same issue last week. Took out the fan and dusted. The grinding noise stopped for a while and a little later, it got much louder.
I just went ahead to get a new fan.

Stop slamming your laptop. You could damage it.

Apply thermal paste to your laptop, as since your fan is still turning, it's not the issue with the fan, it only increases because it is overworking trying to cool it down.
