Sugar is not the only thing that is sweet. Infact there are other sweeteners 200× sweeter than sugar(sucrose)
For zero coke, it contains a substance called ASPARTAME and not SUGAR.

I respect your opinion...for me I feel safe taking sweeteners (drink) than sugar (drink).
I work in the health sector and I have a patient who is addicted to sugar, since he switched to sweetener his sugar level has dropped so I think sweetner drinks are safer than sugar drinks.
My opinion though!

Those coke called Zero coke is worst than the one's that contain sugar..the Zero coke contains sweeteners and Aspatame..A very deadly chemical in the long run...the good thing about the coke with sugar is that..sugar is can easily be digested compared to sweetener which is very difficult to digest....its advisable you take the coke with sugar than the Zero coke...me personally each time i take the Zero coke or fanta..i fall ill...so i stopped

I've never had a sweet tooth. Even to eat fruits sef, na wahala for me.

So I can definitely down without sugars and sweeteners. Thank God.

No. It's technically not sugar but believe me diet coke, pepsi or any diet soda drink if any kind is not good. The chemicals ingredients are far more risky than regular sodas.

Eating too much sugar doesn't cause Diabetes. What happens is that eating too much carbohydrates/sugar can lead to weight gain and being overweight or obese is one of the risk factors for developing Type 2 Diabetes. But not everyone who eats excessive sugar or carbohydrates will gain weight and not everyone who is overweight will develop Type 2 Diabetes and not everyone who is overweight is as a result of eating too much sugar.

For example, there is a direct link between cigarette smoking and lung cancer even though not all smokers will develop lung cancer. Sugar and diabetes doesn't have that kind of relationship.

I don't know who wrote that article you posted, but this is the American diabetes association!

-Fasting
-Plenty of water
-plenty of walks
-plenty of Breathing
-plenty of eggs and meat

Avoid sugar, fructose and refine carbs, you will see results immediately.

I posted that earlier. Artificial sweeteners do not spike up blood sugar. That is why it is believed to be healthier.

. Even honey has sugar in it. You can only classify sugar as natural or artificial. The artificial ones can be harmful to health when taken in large quantity why the natural that are extracted from fruits are less harmful.
