Na lie there are many artificial sweeteners that are not sugars ...the one used in Coke zero is called Aspartame , it's made from a petroleum derivative

aspartic acid and phenylalanine are the 2 main ingredients of Aspartame. Theses are ingredients you would find in many fruits and foods you consume daily.

Zero written on it is just a marketing strategy. There are lot of other sweet content that their by-product is sugar, so practically, it contains sugar, tho one could say less sugar.

The Aspartame in it made it a turn off for me cause the research on the long term damage of that ingredients hasn't waived away my suspicions.

Pls madam can I get a link on this aspartame research because the last time I checked about aspartame I discovered that it has no effect on the body since the digestive system cannot break it down it goes into the body and comes out as a waste product. It is only added to product to give it that desirable taste. Pls you know we learn everyday. Thanks.
