What is special, is that you are, at least, not dumb.

Your problem I think is that you have no clue as to the differences between the GIFT of faith and faith in use.

The father of the boy obviously had little Faith BUT not the gift of Faith.
The GIFT of the holy Spirit is only Given to a person who has been given the Holy Spirit: in Him (through the Holy Spirit) in us do we have the GIFT.

The gifts of the holy Spirit include the OFFICE GIFTs (Apostle, Prophet, Teacher, Evangelist and Pastor) and the SERVICE GIFTs( Faith, the gifts of Healing, the gift of Miracles, the Discernment of spirits, Diverse kinds of Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues).

If your claim is that an unbeliever ALREADY have these gifts, the implication is that the gifts are not given either AT or AFTER Salvation, there is no reason for the Holy Spirit to be Received
