You guys should ask for the guy's number even if he's nowhere to be found,ask for his real name then try to check on him via Facebook.

Didn't they use her phone number to create the email?

She can do forgot password and a message to recover the mail will be sent to her phone number I.e if her phone number was used.

BTW the level of nonchalant attitude especially from females as regards anything online registration is mind blowing.
That was how so many of them were running around looking for who created there email during Npower Biometric verification, some even went as far as using employee of cyber cafe email address and employee has probably stopped working there with no trace. I don't know if they thought they were never going to pass it hence no need of knowing any details or WTF was running on there minds.

ANY CBT CENTER CAN DO ANYTHING FOR HER. LET HER GO ANY CBT CENTER TO PAY OR DO ANYTHING...THEY HAVE THE DEFAULT PASSWORD.

My kid brother had this issue. All he did was visit Jamb office in Abeokuta. He paid a token with his atm card or through remita,I cant really remember. The link was sent to another email address he provided.

To the Glory of God, he is now a bonafide student of UNIBEN.

She should head over to an accredited center

They only need her registration number or email address to login

School is very important... But that is not all that there is about life, let her seek God and find solace in the Almighty.. I guess that is enough..

She should go to Jamb accredited centre to reset the password. This happened to my daughter 2 years ago. She applied with a waiting result and could not upload the waec result because of wrong password. It was eventually done at JAMB office and the next day her admission letter was uploaded to her CAPS.

Take her to a jamb HQ either the one in lagos or abuja normal accredited center can't solve her issue

When she get there, there would help her reopen the account that where thumb printing becomes useful because that what will be used to ascertain if she own the account.

Next time she go get sense.

Let her visit a standard CBT centre or preferably Jamb Office, it will be sorted, there is no reason to be afraid
