How many will you arrest?

@550 to a dollar even a Priest is tempted.

My advise is focus on those who take money out of the system and not those who bring in the hard currencies. Not even eNaira will save the day.

There is no way you can stop fraud in a cybernetic world. You are basically just stealing from the boys who are stupid enough to live in cities instead of buying star-link satellite internet/solar panels and moving into the villages.

It is a matter of time before the villages witness revolution of cyber warlords grin grin grin

I concur,
Nigerian hotels are really enabling fraudster activities.

I'd tell you why.

One day, on an unscheduled visit to Essien Udim LGA , I had to sleep over in a hotel. In usual character, I asked the receptionist if I could be connected with a professional escort who could make my night worthwhile.

The mumu girl brought out her phone and began showing me photos of various ladies who were capable and ready.
I ended up choosing one very tall chick who looked a lot like Tyra Banks, from the picture, her boobs were very healthy and yansh was full-option.

As a well-trained gentleman, I paid in advance for the escort, tipped the receptionist and went back to my room.

2 hours gone, 4 cans of black Bullet down, tipsy as fvck with my preek standing like the rock of Gibraltar and there was a knock on my door.

I opened it and if not for the heels, I'd swear she was a midget.
Her body odour which could rival that of a male goat heralded her arrival.
Her legs were like yam tubers planted in the peak of harmattan and I could tell right away it was 'foam-padded bra' she had on.

I knew it was a lose-lose for me because where will I start from?
I couldn't even imagine putting my flute in her mouth to blow because her teeth were stained let alone picture her grabbing it with her bleach-burnt knuckles.
Abi is it the dry bony yansh that NwaAmaikpe will now smack?

My standing tower collapsed like the World Trade Center and I heartbrokenly sent her back.

I will later learn that I couldn't get a refund as she had been paid.

I just counted my losses and thanked the almighty for making my hands long enough to touch my preek. Because God knows that if I did not masturbate that night, I might have ended up as one of those unfortunate people that get paraded on Nairaland for unimaginable sex crimes.

So you see, some of these hotels really enable fraudulent activities.

Is EFCC trying to kill the hotel business? How does one lodging in a hotel for a long period of time translate to being a yahoo boy? How does finding laptops and exotic cars mean the owners are scammers?

Learn from civilized countries, pls. You claimed you have spent countless hours on surveillance and if you even knew those you randomly arrested. How can you carry out surveillance on people you only got to know their names after bursting into random rooms in hotels? Is that how civilized countries burst internet fraudsters?

You can't just wake up an say you want to burst a hotel without a warrant and if the hotel refuses you entry you're screaming that they are frustrating your efforts. You can't even get a warrant if you don't know the name of the person you are looking for and can't establish a reason for a judge to grant the warrant. Arresting 50 people in one hotel is unheard of in sane countries unless you've previouly identified them, profiled them and ascertained they are members of a network under your radar. In your case, every youth in a hotel is a criminal. Backward mentality.

Did a judge sign a warrant with their names on it or they are just random folks like yall do 99% of the time? Lock all the youths up if you want, after all yall can't provide jobs for them anyways.

The efcc is obviously lying to justify their illegal raid of hotel. The efcc doesn't even know the actual crime of the people they arrested. Internet fraud is not something some idiot in efcc can just happen to successfully trace. There has to be a collaboration between the victim and security agencies. A victim based in a foreign country like the us wont be reporting to efcc, their first port of call will be the fbi. No way the fbi will allow efcc jeopardize their investigation. As it stands, the efcc has nothing against those it arrested

The people arrested are not fraudsters, the current idiots in efcc cant conduct investigation. They are the same people barging into hotel of women looking for unknown men they can harass. They have no search warrant, they dont know who or what they are looking for, they only looking for men lodging in hotels.

If you lodge in Hotel, and have a laptop with internet connection, the Fulani Talibans in red coats call you a yahoo boy. I have heard too many tales of these Talibans of the North shaming the Southern youths and stigmatizing them.

We trust that the Governors of the South will grow some balls some day and liberate the south from the archaic North.
