Keep your application simple and straightforward. You are applying in Nigeria, stick to your home strengths.

If she wants to visit a hospital in France, then do apply for a Medical Visa.

A letter from a doctor/clinic/hospital in the home country of the visa candidate, that he or she needs medical treatment.
Official confirmation of the treatment/appointment by the receiving medical institution (hospital/clinic) in the EU.
Proof of financial means. Proof that the applicant has sufficient financial means to pay the medical expenses and other related expenses throughout their treatment.

How do I represent these? I have an ongoing hotel building project of 100 rooms,we have 3 standing upstairs in d site already,we have other lands and another house, but no c of o yet, how do I represent these to the consular please.,or are the landed documents enough?
I don't think is necessary, when i apply for my visa I didn't add land document and i still get my visa, the first time I apply through Abuja I added my land document but it was removed at the VFS that is not needed. So I have gotten France visa twice I didn't add my land documents

Be silent about it , once you get your visa you can travel to any other schengen country once you arrive in France. It's not necessary stating that.

I booked an air France flight on hold and paid $18. Got the flight itinerary and used it to apply it.

It's valid for 3 days

Please do add that, especially if you don't have extensive travel history and you want multiple entry with a decent duration.

Thank you for your response.

3days seems short.
Does it not matter that it might have expired before a decision is taken on your application?
