I moved into a new appartment recently and the lady next door has suddenly grow affection for my dog. She feeds it very well and i leave it under her care most times.

I have CCTV cameras for security purpose in my appartment and it just caught her having pleasure with my dog.

she spreads chocolate on her cuntus and have the dog lick it up. first time to see such awkward sights and she always do it in my apartment with the dog while am away.

how do i confront her to stop such stupid acts with my hard trained pet?
