Owerri daily blackmail of the Imo state governor with unpaved roads in Owerri district.
Owerri will never consider that there are other places in Imo state without good roads.

They have governors who collect revenues of the local government areas and use the revenues on maintenance of state capital only. Owerri blackmail the governor to do more in Owerri.
