Yes, God was killed and is still very dead to many. If He were to rise from the dead and they could lay their hands on Him, they'd kill Him one more time.

Remember when they tried to get hold of Him to kill Him, He walked through them unscathed, meaning no one was able to grab or get hold of Him so to assault or harm Him.

Also remember in John 10:18, He said:
'No one takes my life from me. I give it up willingly! I have the power to give it up and the power to receive it back again'

So what point are you making or establishing with your enumerated five based on flawed premises

#1. Nicodemus was in that council, and so one way be considered as an impartial part of the body of jurors

#2. Blasphemy charge was brought against Him. Witnesses were brought forwarded albeit they were false witnesses

#3. He was saying that to protect everyone's else and welfare but said so to protect his interest

#4. Witnesses were brought forwarded albeit they were false witnesses. He put up no defence when the opportunity arose, when He was in Pilate's presence. Prior to that He never uttered a word in His defence when standing before the Sanhedrin's kangaroo court

#5. The reason for the hush hush and rushed conviction of Jesus was because of the expected passover and Sabbath
