It was my first on Cashing and I was given 22,400 to pay back 32,400 after 1 week (that's 1 week duration), while LCredit gave me a total of 26,500 (their interest and whatever was almost 6k from that amount for a duration of 2 weeks). Mind you it was my second time using their app. My first experience wasn't bad cos I was still getting paid from work. Lo and behold, salary didn't come in August and I started receiving annoying calls like 2 days before it expired from LCredit, 2 days after loan expired I payed almost half of the money (mind you there is a 5% overdue daily interest that climbs the money and compounds it o. I initially communicated and pleaded with them and explained my situation and also promised to resolve, but they started calling my phone regularly and texting my contacts that I am being shady and not willing to pay and all that, I reached out to their customer service rep on WhatsApp to plead with them to be considerate as I have been paying and make ng commitments and she insulted me and called me a thief and scammer (because of 15k, can you imagine). Money was about 15k then, this matter long sha o. To cut the long story short, I am now jobless and no money is coming from anywhere but I have been paying the money little by little with anything that I get but they still keep on insulting me and the money is still climbing up with overdue interest, so I have decided not to kill myself and also do my best to pay their money but not paying a dime in overdue interest. They are mad, they should continue calling my contacts and calling me a thief and scammer. Very unprofessional set of ppl.

Cashing have good customer service reps, understanding and considerate. Cleared out with them without issues, but you see this LCredit, all of them are mad abnormal and unprofessional set of thieves. I don learn sha, its not their fault. I for like post screenshots of some of my conversations with some of those LCredit reps cos I had chats with 3 different females from them and they all had varying degrees of madness and stupidity.

There are times when situations are way more than ones foresight and one can't do anything but be hopeful, we need to be more human to one another, a lot of ppl have gone into depression and committed suicide due to shame from acts like these unprofessional companies. May God see us thru it all.

You can imagine what you went through and even explaining your predicament to them yet they still sent their damaging messages.
I had similar experience with true naira. After paying the loan I pleaded with the girl rep to give me few days to repay the balance of 3500 as I was just been discharge 4rm surgery that same day. Imagine her sending their damaging messages to my contact the following day. How would you feel if you were to be in my shoe & the worse is people thought the money is huge not knowing its just 3,500?
Their strategy of recovering loan makes me strong becos b4 I don't default until last month when I had health challenge.
They need to be taught a lesson until they change their mode retrieving

Initially when they started calling,I begged and begged them to give me time.i told them to give time so I would collect my contribution of 140k by month end,I wouldn't mind using all the money to clear up all my debts,but they refused,the started calling my contacts..I hate xcredit and Lcredit for calling my dad..at a time my dad was scared,I had to tell him to warn them..the way they threaten someone is out of it and if you don't have a thick skin,you will contemplate suicide..these people are wicked.
Even if I pay other loan app,xcredit and Lcredit will not get Kobo from me...let them keep it up with their madness

I just hope this acidosis guy isn't an employee or owner of one of these loan sharks. No where legally is blackmailing a system of debt recovery. The defined way to punish a chronic debtor is to blacklist and reduce their credit rating which affect their future credit transactions. What many actually do is character defamation. Honestly it's a senseless strategy to message peoples contact 'profiling' them and expect that to get you your money. The certified loan companies like branch, carbon, fair money etc will never do such. You talking on it been unsecured but carbon, branch etc are also unsecured so there's no justification for that in any way. Nobody forced you to set up a loan agency, so if you decided to you should have factored in the risk associated with it. I do not support owing, but I will advise anyone who has been defamed to pay at their pace because you shame me; you don do your own, make I do my own too.

We are saying the same thing. When people ignore the legit ones and go after the sharks amongst them, then they (especially the defaulters) have indirectly invited problems for themselves.

Before the digital era, individuals have been managing this kind of dirty business so it isn't new at all. They give you money and get you beaten by thugs when you fail to pay back. They've only gone online to continue their mode of operation.

By the way, I do not work for a loan company. I don't own any either and I don't intend to run a loan agency. Nigerians are the worst people on earth to give loans, so I'll pass.

To others tagging and mentioning and insulting acidosis aimlessly: Y'all can keep fooling yourselves, turning yourselves to victims like we don't know you people in real life, how you borrow money from friends and family and refuse to pay. When they ask, you look for excuses and even turn them to enemies.

It's also not new that many of you run to these loan sharks with the mindset of defaulting because nobody asked you to drop your CofO or Vehicle license. Majority (not all) are in this category. Many of you only start reacting when defamatory SMS start flying around.

If you want legit loans, approach the legit ones.

Omo, they called my Dad too and he was panicking until I explained the whole thing to him and even sent him screenshots from their app. Popsie never knew it was possible to get non collateral loans from mere apps. But now he understands with me and has warned them off.

Aswear, this period gave me strong heart o. I no dey even shake. See ehnnn, I cannot come and kill my self over what is not even worth it. I used to earn almost 200k monthly. Had committed all my savings into something and got stranded with car issues inside Lekki Phase 1. When I stay in Surulere. Na condition o. But I don learn and I don get strong liver. Nothing deh shake me again aswear
