There is something and I want to share here and I will like to hear your opinion about it.

There is this elderly woman in my neighborhood, I used to greet her very well and I know her children too.

One thing, I noticed is that, anytime I dress well and flashy, people do see me as a Yahoo boy and I don't know why but I do tell them am not a Yahoo boy or ignore them.

So I was going out this morning I saw this woman and greeted her, she responded and started complimenting me, jokingly calling me a Yahoo boy. I told her straight and clear that I am not a Yahoo boy. That was when she started telling me Yahoo is not a bad thing, telling me one of her children does Yahoo for a living. She told me if blood is not involved, I am good to go.

I feel irritated and just walk away and start thinking, how bad have we gone this far that an elderly person will start advising me to do Yahoo and even aware her son is doing it and she is not even ashamed.

We are in a deep mess in this country!

interesting...but Gee only gives temporarily wealth na... it's only in extremely rare cases that d proceeds of Gee sustains one 4 life...to even invest in this country now na big wahala sef..it demands extreme efforts nd patience to see ur investments grow nd mature financially wit time..if u don't av that patience nd saving culture instilled in one by years of hard work nd prudent spendings..then ur investments is doomed 2 fail...even if u buy lands everywhere wit d proceeds of Gee...my bro if u don't av patience..u gonna soon start selling off those lands nd properties one after d other nd squandering d money whenever u no dey pick again..cus u ve gotten accustomed 2 easy money nd squandering lifestyle...

It has been said over and over again that the millionaires who were born poor had to at one point of their lives do something illegal to set a foundation.

You see, being an elderly man or woman doesn't automatically make someone responsible. There are bunch of elderly people who had terrible upbringing and lived horrible lifestyles as youths.

Therefore, you don't expect those "values" to vanish because they are now elders. Those men of 60-80 wey dey rape smalls girls of 5-15 years na still elders. Just ignore the woman and probably relocate from that street, if possible.

Over the time, most of these internet fraudsters have stated investing their ill gotten money and funny as it may sound, it really working for them. Some owned big investment such as hotel, transportation companies, while some are into real estate etc. Ask most builders and developers, you will be amazed to know that it's yahoo boys that patronise them most. Most of them are now wise and those wise ones are very down to earth. They don't make noise or flash their wealth, rather they are busy investing.

Just last month, one yahoo boy was made chairman in a church occasion. Even in the presence of legit hustling youths and elders in the church. The mother who was once living in one room face2face apartment has been promoted to women leader in the church just because her son has now made money and upgraded her mother to a very standard and well furnished 2 bedroom apartment. Whenever the church want to do home event, they always choose her house. In fact on the occasion day, church members and pastors were just hailing Chairman's mother Here and there Abeg money get power. Money changes storyline and easily attract things to you.

P:S I do not in anywhere support or do fraud, but I'm only airing my opinion and experience which i believe some of you will also agree to some point i raised.

My case is similar to yours, except that this lady is around her late 30s or early 40s.

I'm a freelancer, which means I can work from anywhere.

I work mostly from my bedroom. Always at home.

They assumed I was doing Yahoo.

This lady started encouraging me, telling me that I would keep pressing button.

She even said that someone she knew picked 50M recently.

I was blunt to tell her that I'm a freelance writer, and never in my life would I support scams.

I told her, without batting an eye lid, that scam is the last thing that I'll do, cause I have felt the pain of being scammed.

I told her, and I walked away like a boss. I don't need to do any shady business to make money when I have one of the most sophisticated brains in the world.
