Sizzorkay:
okay sir.
imagine a scenario (I've seen lots of videos about this) where a woman is accused of stealing from her boss, she then got stripped naked, sexually assaulted, beat up etc, but the victim has now become a perpetrator, you have assault, you have kidnapping, and sexual assault to name a few. So they committed a bigger crime just to punish someone for a lesser crime.
Nigeria's society is a product of bad governance and vice versa. if those at the top do their job right, you wouldn't think they way you do. but since govt is useless, citizens have no choice but to take matters into their own hands.
What you have is then a lawless society. And that's what Nigeria is

Okay, I have heard you

It those idiots, believed such bad things could happen to them, they wouldn't have gone that way initially....I'm changing the narrative for them.
Where then do you draw the line.
I don't think you know what the weight if jungle Justice is. A young boy was accused of stealing garri from a store, guess what happened to him, he was burnt alive. He was about 6 years or so, happened in Lagos. If you search nairaland well you may come across the story.
If we don't all sit up and condemn why is bad we would end up being victim of the consequence one day.

i tire. i didn't know it even requires an explanation. when someone commit theft and you beat them to death, you've committed murder, which is worse. anyways, thx for understanding, hopefully someday soon everyone go catch up. we won't progress unless we stop acting barbaric

Look at how close this bastard's got to !
Until when we make MRAP's/ IFV our standards for transporting troops this type of shit will continue to happen.
R.I.P to this gallant men.

95% of ambushes or more will be squashed If the military adopt the use of tethered drones to provide constant surveillance for troops during movement. It's just that the vehicles will not be able to move more than 48km/hr.

A system like this will change the game and they are not really expensive.

The Army barely move above 50KM on Monguno road.
Normally it’s a 2hour journey, but Military uses above 4 hours.

If they were on Speed I doubt if ISWAP will have the luxury of taking a pre-attack picture

Yes. This can work and it is less than $200k. 48km/hr is a decent speed for advancing in a COIN war.

Tethered drones can also assist with AARs and implementation of improvements.. even training

Honestly the Airforce has been lucky over the years in terms of procurement.
It's high time we receprocate the same qesture to the Army.

I have been saying this for near 10 year’s.

Instead we have our highly trained, precious and brave combatants in soft skinned pick up trucks in hotly contested areas rife with murderous deranged insurgents.

It’s really crass willful negligence on the part of government.

This is part of the problem it’s at the HEART of it.

This is the Sahel Savanna where with the right vehicles going off road is very very easy .

In this regard you should NEVER EVER go on the same road twice, that’s standard practice for most modern and forward thinking armies.

But we go on the same roads day in day out.

You don’t need intelligence to mount an ambush or plant IED’s just a simplistic PROBABILITY ASSESSMENT.
