Guys pls be careful out there, there are so many frustrated, pained and heartless people out there: they have failed in all areas of their life, they are just walking corpse and won't mind killing as they have nothing to loose since they're as good as dead. These people hate to see you succeed, they hate it when they see you happy and doing what you love.

Stay away from people who reeks of poverty, they hate to see you living your best life and might harm you if the chance presents it self

With doctors on strike, your money won't save you. I am seriously having a rethink sef.

When you make money stay away from broke and hungry people, move to a proper estate. Some might say you're not humble but you will be a potential target to an environment with that mindset.

Similar thing almost happened to me at that Anthony by 5:30am, two guy almost robbed me , if not for a guy going to work that was on foot too, they saw him and Knew it will be 2 against 2 and they fled,
Another day they tried to Robb a lady jugging at that same time, a guy jumped down from a bike with a knife, to rob the lady, immediately he saw me he ran back to the bike and they sped off

Got the message from a bike dealer. Hoodlums in Lagos targeting cyclists. No more early morning biking.

Living in Nigeria can be really discouraging.

They killed a friend along that same spot last month. She was shot dead because of phone and laptop. The Lagos police command has to catch this gang/perpetrator.

They have been killing people at that spot for over 15 years and nothing has changed

This hurts, hurts deep! Rest in Peace, Sir. Heaven knows, if we blame from now till kingdom come, it will not bring you back. Rather, we choose to learn from this. Truth is, it is Nigeria, anything and everything can happen. Within a blink of an eye, that which you think you re familiar with, believing, 'nothing dey happen' can become SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED. If you must do anything in Nigeria, you must think safety for you FIRST. Safety here is a choice - your life or the material possessions, these bastards want from you. If you live you can get even, even hunt them down but when your life is taken, that phone, car, chain, wallet (in this case, bike) would become someone else's either given, sold or stolen. It makes no difference,there is a Police department, how can people you re better off (on most levels) serve and protect you? The Nigerian Police men are not psychologically motivated (Poverty has finished them, the uniform is just a facade) and prepared to protect or serve anybody but their 'ogas at the top' and their bellies. In that regard, protect yourself. Never be without your buddies, Get you something to defend yourself, (in order to get away) a well concealed cutlass, catapult and stand your ground, if you must...

Above all, let us remain prayerful and sensitive to both our Spiritual and Physical environment. The land has swallowed so much blood, it is spewing it out, unleashing demons who possess individuals to shed more blood - THERE IS NO PEACE FOR THE WICKED!

Mehn. Stay safe and make a huge amount of money because the Nigerian system is structured against the average and the poor to either battle it out or die helplessly.

The worst part of it is that people will rush to type RIP to a VICTIM of bad Nigerian system than to help them to live when they need help to live.

He wasn't poor, all his kids school abroad.

And his family & wife's family are rich and they have a number of doctors in the family.

I thank God for you. Lagos is just a crazy place with a lot of idle, hungry people.

These same way was how Nigeria was described over 10 yrs ago when a life was lost needlessly. Nothing has really changed. Rest on sir.
