Those who argue that the geopolitical zone of the National Chairman of PDP will automatically bar the zone from producing president tend to forget that both Vincent Ogbulafor and Nwodo were Chairmen of the PDP when Obasanjo also from the South was President and that all PDP chairmen during the close to 4 years reign of Yar Adua were all from the North. The argument that if the South produces Chairman of PDP then it cannot produce President but the North has no reference whatsoever to how PDP has operated in the past.
