Mr Lai M, after six years of present administration in power, you still call previous administration. Is like previous administration go kill you and this government. Accept Buhari has failed you and me. |

When you kill your conscience, you become a lying machine. The shameless mouth piece of the terrorists government wouldn't recognise the common sense that no economy thrives in insecurity. He knows what his boss has been doing wrong yet he comes out to blame previous administrations. |

Things that are leading to this massive borrowing by the federal government. 1. Previous federal government failed to develop infrastructure. 2. The persistent high rate of corruption in Nigeria 3. The high cost of governance in Nigeria. 4 The failure of some regions e.g Northern Nigeria to develop their own IGR to enable them fund the centre 5. Misplaced priority of the federal and state government in Nigeria 6. The neglect of the youth in Nigeria in the building of Nigeria as there are no sustainable youth institution set up to harness the potentials of the Nigeria youth forget NYSC OR NPOWER these are not standard enough. 7. NIGERIA IS A MONO-PRODUCT ECONOMY as it relies heavily on crude oil export for needed foreign exchange. Nigeria do not export cars, aircraft and some of this big machineries that can bring in capital flight back to Nigeria. 8. NIGERIA FAILED TO SAVE MONEY during the OIL BOOM AND PET-DOLLARS ERA 9. Nigeria failed to invest funds into technology development in other overseas countries or back home just the way other oil producing countries like Saudi Arabia were doing 2 Likes 1 Share |

Osamanelly: Buhari govt has paid back $150m starting from 2017 out of the $500m loan taken by Jonathan govt in 2010 for the Abuja Kaduna railway. This just one of the foreign loans taken between 2010 and May 2015. That's the way govt works. Lagos Ibadan rail loans will be due for instalment repayment from 2024. It's our choice to make best use of the rails |

post=106117710: Leave Nigeria come hustle for abroad, ordinary cab driver Dey make 6000-8000 pounds monthly, imagine we in the Tech sector, I thank God say we commot, at 30s I go still Dey shout e go better, God forbid, of Nigeria ready to better we will know, this old oligarchs you support will behave themselves and know what to do. It doesn’t take a pin, even the opposition party will be forced to bow to them if they are doing well, like the LEE of Singapore, the man who they criticized, but when he turned Singapore around, they all bowed and hailed him, see Singapore, if you are doing well, your critics will be forced to talk good If you are sell good BBQ, your competitors will be forced one day to hail you in the market, but if you are not doing well them go ready pursue you out of market, Good product no need too much advert to convince the masses, people wey use am go hail the product, APC forcing themselves to convince Nigerians, it clear most Nigerians are tired of them, it’s so clear, look at this thread, only you and maybe one or two, the rest critics. |

post=106117710: If you're a paid agent sent to do the mannequin's work on this forum, that much I can understand after all, hunger bad. Otherwise, you're worse and less than a ninny for voluntarily opting to be eternally bereft of logic and reason all in the guise of patriotism. All the rubbish u posted there aren't even world class to begin with but that's beside the point. I want you to look around and ask yaself if the stupid policies of this failed government is of any benefit to the common man. Buhari is working you all say but we don't see it. It's not hate really, it's not because he's fulani either (we all loved Yaradua, so no think reach there). Its just that out of the major problems facing the country (unemployment, hunger, religious and ethnic intolerance, insecurity, inadequate power, educational decline and a slew of others), Buhari chose to renege on his campaign promises and remedy the least of our worries. The worst part of it all is that he's borrowing to do it. How would those locomotive trains powered by coal or gas payback those loans when oil prices are on the decline. In short, how do u see Nigeria repaying those loans from the silly projects they are being executed with? |

So there is no more internally generated revenue and oil money? How and where are the lenders getting the money you borrow? What's their secret? Have u you cared to imitate them? Do you know what Obasanjo went through to relieve Nigeria from the burden of indebtedness? Who will appreciate you for providing infrastructure with borrowed money and not Nigerian money? May God save Nigeria's future. 1 Like |
