Get snore guard, check jiji and see dealers and marketers around you, they can even deliver to your house. I bought one for 2,200 naira. There are makes and models so prises vary. Put it on anytime you want to sleep. It will help a lot

Yeah. Snoring is not so easy to fix really. One can only work on reducing it. One thing that can also help is communicating about it before hand “bros/sis I Dey snore sometimes o, hope you can live with that” that way it becomes less embarrassing and you can live at peace with yourself. As much as people shy away from the topic, a lot of people actually snore. About %50 of humans do. So do what you can do, live the rest and embrace peace of mind.

Not at all. The fact that a person speaks positively on a product or gives a good review on it, does not necessarily mean that he/she is their marketer. I have had rather a long standing issue with snoring and then I stumbled upon this one because someone recommended it to me. I bought it two weeks ago or so and so far so good.
Hence, I too in turn suggested it to the Op because it's been helpful to me.
It's all about adding my own suggestion to how he could solve his own snoring problem.
There are also other people who had also made valuable suggestions here e.g. exercise to watch his weight and that doesn't mean that they own fitness center or work for one.

Something that doesn't grip the nose and slides off persistently is what you say works. It can't stay 2 seconds in the nostrils how can it work?

Oh, your own doesn't grip well. But it always grips well and stays on my nose throughout the night; same goes for the person who recommended it to me. I don't know why there seems a problem with your own. But I've been speaking based on my own experience with it as well as that of the person who recommended it to me. Been using it for around 2 weeks or so now.
Different people can have different experiences with the same product though.
