I really don't know where to rope this case in and the possible outcome with the dude involved.
A guy had an affair with a white babe and later ended the relationship.( babe was toxic)

Is this even possible?

I hope he didn't tell the police that because that will complicate issues. His lawyers will advise him on what to say or do. This is really sad, perhaps she is trying to ruin his life because of the breakup.

This doesn't sound good at all. He is best to consult a lawyer to seek advice from here, otherwise it could potentially ruin him if he decides to walk bare, it doesn't good. Consent is the key here.

It depends. If both parents are working and one of the parents have ILR, then the 3 year old will qualify for 30hrs.
