The quality of Iheanacho and Osimhen highlights the importance of high quality scouting at U17 level for the Super Eagles.

Amaju Pinnick and his crew should stop playing with the tournament. The tournament can act as a fuel for us raising high quality players overtime.

Appoint a highly tactical, offensive playing coach who understands our U17 scouting project. Let him pick a team of coaches with like minds. NFF should hands off in this selection. How can politicians sit I. Their offices and chose a working team for the coach.

The coach should get sponsorship to tour and select his coaching crew.

The coach drafts his scouting program and empowered early to start scouting and screening in lots of zones in the country.

Finally select a team a and standby team due to failing MRI. If possible we screen them ourselves with very strict criteria.

Then start camping and preparations early.

We might fail on some but if we do this for three to four U17 sets, we will won some and produce some brilliant players.
