jesusjnr2020 this your write up is self serving. Issue of this great importance should have come with biblical back up, but funnily no single scriptural footage to drive home your point.
Well, you should have listed types of dances they are dancing in the kingdom of God because as a devout christian I am and with my knowledge of the bible, there is no place from Genesis through Revelation where Bible depict dancing modes danced in heaven or hell.
The Bible only describe hell as a weeping place (Matt 8:12), a wailing place (Matt 13:42), a place of gnashing of teeth (Matt 13:50), a place of darkness (Matt 25:30), a place of flames (Luke 16:24), a burning place (Isa 33:14), a place of torments (Luke 16:23) where there will be everlasting punishment. No place where a dancing mode is.
Again, the Bible specifically told us not to add or remove from the word of God. Deuteronomy 4:2
“Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.”
What God does not say, you cannot begin to factor it in, it is a sin on it own.
Also, as far as hell fire is concern for now, there is no one that is there until the coming of Jesus Christ when the dead shall rise again for judgement. So, how you get to know the types of dances in hell is what I don't know.
What I expect from you to advocate is to talk about intent of dancing. If you're dancing to seduce others, that can be counted as sin but not dance as a mode of dance can be said to be a sin.
Again, if you read 2 Samuel 6:14-23 you will record of how David was dancing that Saul's daughter had to say David was being base and vile in his dance because he was dancing unusual dance to God which Saul's daughter has not seen before and she began to mock David. That alone caused her womb to be closed and she was the only woman in the Bible that never gave birth. The intent of David's dance was to God and not to man and that made Saul's daughter womb closed for life.
On this note, no dance that cannot be danced to God because he is the owner of every parts of our body and he expect us to glorify him with all our being. Whether soapy or not soapy he expect us to dance for him.
Also remember what the scriptures say about heaven as follows:
1. Heaven has Mansions Where We WIll Dwell with Jesus - John 14:2-3
2.Heaven Will Be A City Built for Worship - Hebrews 12:22-23
3. All Nations and People Will Worship Jesus - Revelation 7:9-10
4. Heaven Will Be Filled with Peace, Joy, and Praise - Revelation 7:15-17
5. Precious Gemstones will Adorn Heaven Revelation 21:9-11
You cannot worship and praise and not dance any how to God because you're not doing it unto man.

Besides, it is expected of everyone to have a standard as to help to guide our living aside of what is written in the Bible as not to fall prey of sin. For example, if you know if dancing kind of dancing can make you sin, you're expected not to dance it but that should not be counted as a general standard for others, if not in the Bible.
I remember in the 80s that Deeper Life members doesn't watch Tv because their overseer said so but later they now realized it wasn't Biblical for them to say don't watch TV and they're now using it.
Some years back, one of their pastors was telling his members that wearing of a tight was a sin. And I asked one of their members, where does he see it in the Bible?
You guys should stop manufacturing what the Bible doesn't say and use it to create fears in the mind of the people. The Bible is explicit and with that 20 commandments christians are good to go.

Are There Any Dance Steps From Hell?

I have heard some say in the past that breakdancing is a mimicking of how people who were burning in hell fire shook their bodies. Also heard someone say that the sliding dance of Micheal Jackson is how demons in hell walk.

I can't really say how true such claims are but what I can say is that when Satan appeared to me, I observed that he didn't walk but glide, so that could be what they meant.

What I am certain about though is that there are some dance steps that do not glorify God but the devil.

For instance, when the "yahoozee" dance was trending, I wasn't comfortable with it at all as a follower of Christ, because it encouraged cheating, fraud and corruption which was sinful and against the Word of God.

There's also the "soapy" dance which was trending of recent despite that it encouraged masturbation and sexual immorality.

Those are just some instances in my opinion of dance steps which glorify the devil, hence I believed it was wrong for a Christian to do them just because they are trending and what everyone else was doing, because they do not glorify God but pass across a message that goes contrary to His Word.

I wouldn't be surprised though if some of them were actually devised in hell, because of how immoral some of the messages they passed across were, as Satan savors the things which be of men, because they serve his interest of making people to fall into sin, which accords him more room to exploit in them with his destructive instinct. Matthew 16:23, John 10:10.

Although i am someone that really loves dancing a lot, I dance freestyle most of the time. I no send anybody or trendy dance steps, so unless I'm sure a dance style is not that which would glorify the devil or pass across a message which goes contrary to the Word of God, that's only when I'd do it.

I strongly believe that it's not everything the world does that Christians should follow, since they're not meant to be of the world but of the Kingdom of God. And that includes dance steps.
