Fred is the best DM in the squad.

The defense would get terribly exposed without Fred. He’s one of the best(3rd most ball winning pressures in the PL) in cutting off opposition attacks - but he’s very terrible in possession.

If you keep Fred out of the squad, the passing would improve but United would be exposed when they lose the ball(which they do a lot because of Bruno’s high risk passing). United use 2 players to do the job of one player and still those two players fall short of the gold standard.

This is like playing with 9 men against 11.

This is what I have been trying to explain but people get coconut head.

Statpadding is not the problem here, the problem is that Bruno doesn't know when we need to calm the ball down and have some control. His hastiness in trying to find the killer pass immediately the ball touches his feet is losing us possession, the passes are mostly misplaced, miskicked, or intercepted. Having a bit of control before attempting any high-risk pass ensures the player is a lot relaxed, having been in control for some time.

This Carrick and McKenna abi wetin be the name, they have not performed well enough in getting the team playing to Ole's ideology (if he has one that is). Many people on Twitter are suggesting we hire René Meulensteen to add a bit more experience to the coaching staff, Carrick and McKenna, while they might be talented coaches, they lack the experience to coach established, high-profile players ... or so many people (including me) think.

Very weird for Neville to be going after Bruno for his social media post. I mean Bruno has apologised before in interviews if he felt he didn't do enough, so have many other players like Rashford, Maguire even Lingard but he never said anything about them...

Neville does not know what he is talking about. He was a good player at United, he was never the main event, he never had the sort of attention that players like Bruno or Rashford or Pogba have today.

He was never the guy with his effigy hanging on the end of a rope.

Even back in Neville's day David Beckham apologised to the nation for getting sent off in the World Cup in 1998. High profile players apologising when they Bleep up is nothing new.

Even Phil Neville apologised to fans back in July because Inter Miami got trounced 5-0.

Players with expectations on them feel guilty when they Bleep up, be it a penalty, a silly foul, or just having an all round mare. Neville never had to because he was never that guy.

We lost like thrice this season and every time we lose the players come to SM to publish a 3-page document stating they will do better and the next match comes they play crap.

They lost to Westham in the Carling Cup and the players rushed to SM to apologize saying they will do better in the next match and the match comes they lost to freaking Aston Villa at home.

Bruno apologized cause he's one of those guys who can't sleep when his team loses. People who do something passionately would be able to relate.

Bruno knows he lost the team a point and he can't just sleep over it, especially when you know you have gone over the GOAT to take the pen.

I see this as a sincere apology, I have done the same when I missed the penalty playing for my school team, that's how it is...
