Let's continue living in denial and keep on blaming sars and policemen. Endsars is to blame for the increased insecurity. A sensible policeman will not sacrifice his life for anybody after what happened last year. I was also a victim from abule egba to oshodi. We need to rise up against the bad ones then security can come in. Even if the culprits are caught tomorrow, we will still blame or not believe the police.https://www.nairaland.com/6192802/endsars-man-poses-police-uniform#95118230

Where for Benin and did she give any description about their demography?

I didn't ask details as I was so engrossed with other activities while he was still in the den. I spoke with him shortly this morning.

I would call him later at COB to get details from him or my parents.

The Tola1006 of a man sounds like he has been brutally damaged with Nigeria's problems. You need to go through his comments on this thread where he prays for the situation to get better (as if that has worked elsewhere), doubts the narrative of the victim's brother and just rant aimlessly and stupidly. That's the end result of being a mumu in the world's poverty capital. He's a mentally deranged fvcktard!

Your deluded mind of course isn't funtional enough to let u understand the developmental stages of a state...taking into cognisance the peculiarity of our situation.

Rather than rant and complain, running away won't solve the problem either.... nothing is permanent in life and the only constant is change and the moment you realize this the better for you.

Crime is everywhere, El Salvador with a popation lesser than ours has more homicide cases than Nigeria, you are most likely to be robbed or raped South Africa than in Nigeria, you stand a higher chance of being a drug addict in Brazil than Nigeria where even an old man has never seen crack his whole life, Japan has the highest suicide rate in the world and the most bizarre justice system. I bet you aren't educated enough to understand the world as live in and it's dynamics.

Nigeria isn't the worst place to live in we need to strive to make it better.

It will only get better if we give the ultimate penalty to kidnappers, armed robbers and ritualists. And we give a thorough media coverage on their executions. Public executions if possible. Then half of those who are into it will think twice on the consequences of their crimes and do something else. The reason why you will go to Saudi Arabia and not commit adultery is not because of your conscience. It is because of the strength of their legal system. One fuckup and you could spend your life in jail or get flogged like afool
What do you expect in a country, where the lawmakers are the evil themselves.

All I know is that what they have done to others shall be done to them and they will feel the torture themselves.

God Almighty will protect us all from evil.

Men....we are truly living in evil times!!! I get scared for my kids growing up in this country...Government should give us the right to bear arms so that we can defend ourselves. Am really happy for your brother that he walked away with his life. Always pray before you leave your home. May God protect us all..

We ARE NOT Living in EVil Times.
Nigeria is Simply all F@#%ed Up.
Many other countries are Safe and so much better.
So SAD for Nigeria

Your position is fairly right. Those that haven't undergone rigorous training as security personal won't have that heightened security awareness senses.

When it comes to been put up with a gun it's an entirely different experience and feeling. it's for this reason we always tell ordinary citizens to never argue or struggle with an armed person. Your best form of defense is to act a coward so that you live to fight another day.
That is what am always prepare to do. I have three accounts. My main saving account app is always hidden in my phone and I don't have ATM for it, even if u collect my phone u can't find it. While the two other bank apps is open for everyone to see. If am traveling, going outings, or even just a walk i transfer cash btw 10k to 20k and hold the ATM for that account. Even anybody like criminal or security personnel on the ask to open the app he will just that see that amount.
